 After successfully completing the sliding bearing test of the main gearbox of the 6MW semi-direct drive model and achieving initial results, Changsheng Bearing continued to promote the orderly development of related work, and has recently obtained an order for the sliding bearing of the wind power main gearbox from the main engine plant. After the relevant products are delivered, the main gearbox with sliding bearings will be installed on the wind turbine by the OEM for on-hook testing.



Changsheng Bearing cooperated with the main engine manufacturer to build the first 1:1 ratio main gearbox sliding bearing test bench in China that simulates the rotation of the planetary gear relative to the planetary pin shaft, and successfully completed the test of the main gearbox sliding bearing of the 6MW semi-direct drive model. The company is at the forefront of domestic counterparts in the manufacturing and test verification of sliding bearings for wind power main gearboxes. At the same time, it has laid a solid technical foundation for the development and mass production of sliding bearings for subsequent higher-power models.

The planetary gear bearings of the wind power main gearbox use sliding bearings instead of rolling bearings, which can greatly increase the torque density of the main gearbox. At present, the torque density of the main gearbox using sliding bearings has reached 220Nm/kg, making the structure of the main gearbox more compact . Compared with rolling bearings, sliding bearings have a greater load-carrying capacity. The oil film of sliding bearings has good vibration absorption and impact resistance. The structure of sliding bearings is simple and the price has obvious advantages. Therefore, under the double drive of technology and cost, the future wind power main gearbox It is an inevitable trend for planetary gear bearings to replace rolling bearings with sliding bearings.
